Received a voicemail from a "Kathleen Davis" regarding an unsecured credit, consolidation, etc. Definitely wouldn't apply to me. Sounded like a human person who gave a reference number as well. Are these spam calls getting more intelligent with their recordings? Watch out in 2019!
