Got unwanted call from 209-900-1391?

Received a call from a woman saying that a $190.00 had been charged to my Paypal account. I did not speak just listened to the message. I checked to see if anything had been charged to my account, but nothing had. I also called Paypal and was told that they have had similar complaints. I also called gave them the phone # of the caller. I was suspicious as we rarely use Paypal or authorize any one to use it. She gave a phone # to call to get the charge reverse, but as I was suspicious I did not make a note of it and had no intention to call it suspecting fraud. These calls scams and fraud need to be stopped we are getting at least 2-3 calls a day. It is out of control.
