Got a hang up call from this area code and number. DiD not leave a message. I wish the scammers would just say what they are scamming you out of instead of a ghost call. People now know they are calling so why not just be up front and say what they want to cheat you out of. I would much rather hear a voice than a hang up. To me a hang up call is an insult and it disrespects you as a person.
