They called impersonating USAA and I gave them my social security number to confirm my account.
I received a call from this number yesterday pretending to be USAA, reporting fraud on my debit card, he stated I needed to send my debit card in, and that another would be sent out, I allowed him to think that I was ok with everything. He gave me the address to send the card to. I called USAA this morning to see if the call was legit and it was not
They claimed to be calling from USAA and notified me that my Zelle and checking was pending charges to my checking account. I called USAA and they confirmed they did not contact me at my number.
Got call from 210-531-8722 at 9 am. Left message about bit coin charge on my account. Caller ID recorded USAA. I have no account with USAA. Next day left same message.
Call left message regarding authorization of charge on coin base account.
