This is a telemarketing company making illegal calls. (5/10/19) They are running what appears to be an automobile warranty scam. I have tracked the # to a company called Omega Auto Care and OmegaAutoCare.com. They are now making calls using an auto-dialer and calling people on the national Do Not Call Registry, both of which are violations of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). I found their address to be: 50 N.Laura, suite 2500, Jacksonville, FL 32202. I am putting together a lawsuit against them. Each time they call you with an auto-dialer (beeps when you answer then connects to an agent) = $500 in your pocket. If you are on the no call list, then that goes up to $1500 per violation. Track and record all of their calls, read the TCPA law, and send them a demand letter. If they don't settle and you have to take them to court, you are entitled to TRIPLE the total amount plus legal fees.
