Answered the call that came into our office's toll free number from and NY phone 212 244 1476 and the recorded message that was playing was in an Asian language (Chinese or Japanese perhaps?) Couldn't understand it and after a few seconds the call disconnects - then not even 5 seconds later the phone rings again but this time on one of the direct lines that can also see our toll free number ringing for pick up and it was the same thing but the message was at a different point in the script because it wasn't the same things being said as on the first call. Again, after a few seconds the line disconnects.
