Got a massage on answer machine from this number in Chinese, said we have a package from UPS is undeliverable for three time, need contact with them. I think it is a scam, we didn't see any UPS delivery coming, we can monitor people coming to our house, it is fraud, don't call them or talk to them.

Called by this number. I did not answer as I did not recognize the number from New York City. Voicemail was all in Chinese so this is either scam or fraud !!
