why would an Illinois Lawyer who had last year completed the CLE requirements get a call from some accented scam caller in NY claiming the Illinois attorney should pay the Do Not Call Law violator from out of state for classes he does not need and sure would not want an out of state class if he did need them . illlegal and unwanted . This caller sells other thins ( DNC violations too ) .
