Scam. Phone never rings, but they somehow leave a voicemail. Claiming that we need to pay an invoice, while we don't have any pending invoices with DHL. They are unable to provide an invoice number. Scam.

this is legitimately DHL's accounts receivable representatives. There is a bit of a language barrier and the connection isn't great, but they are legit.
