Got a call from this number when I answered they stay silent then hang up

Got two calls from 213-320-2150 went to voice mail and they left no message.
Call marked as SPAM by Verizon Wireless. Caller did not leave a voice message. My location is in Central Calif midway between Gilroy and Salinas.
