Got unwanted call from 213-328-3357?

Recent calls (there have been more) 1/5, 1/6, 1/7, 1/9 and 1/11- they never leave a message. Some call say "LSadra CA" some say "Ohio" . I answered the call today and just as I hung up I heard a male voice. It sounded like the same voice I get on my cell from a robocaller calling from (718)928-8210. I have blocked the number multiple times and have entered my number on the Do Not Call Registry. Clearly neither works.
