Harlev plumbing and remodeling owned by Noah Lev; tactic is to use robo calling to solicit various remodeling services. They have been told for bbn over two years to stop call but they wont. Hundred or more numbers have been blocked but they continue to call and call and call it never ends. They are listed with the Calif. Contractor License Board 1010138. Pay attention to ownership names, locations and phone numbers.
