I got the same kind of call regarding my social security number. I accidentally called the number when I was trying to get the message, and a live woman answered the phone with "Social Security. How can I help you?" ????
I didn't answer this, but they actually left me a voice mail...."Ignoring this message will be an intentional attempt to avoid appearance before the magistrate judge for a federal criminal offense, so before this matter goes to the federal court house...blah, blah, blah". Can't anyone put a stop to this crap?
I got the same call as everyone above. The lady said her SSA Badge number was #4536 I wish there was a way to stop these people for good, land line calls, cell phone calls, Text messages and emails. It is out of control.
