Oh this guy is good...very convincing. Ultimately he instructed me to get cash and go to federal courthouse downtown to “sign an affidavit” and pay a fine to be one of 42 cooperating witnesses in a huge sting. He gave me actual address of Clerk’s zoffice and detailed instructions. Unfortunately for him I have worked in legal field and have a detective contact in same bldg he was sending me to so I played along to see where this went and wouldn’t you know he called me to find out my location and when I said 2 minutes away I was instructed to pull over for bad news. “I was too late and the arrest warrant was signed, if I go in and show my ID I’d be arrested.” He then told me a loophole to pay fine first so it’s in the system and he then instructed me to go to a different location to pay in bit coin. He was giving these instructions when I walked in to the Dallas County Sherriff’s Office and handed my phone to detective to talk to him. He hung up and hasn’t called since. This is scary because he had a lot of information to make it seem real. He talked just like my detective friend too...this stuff has got to be stopped!
He is very convincing. Talks about a drug purchase online that occurred online over ten years ago. Never got to the bottom line of the scam.
I get this idiot calling me about every three months saying he's from the drug task force. I just ask if he wants to talk to my best friend from ICE and he hangs up.
it's a scam, company is Mortgage Lending, they pretend to be from your mortgage company
Received a call from my mortgage company phone number stating that I need to call back "Jack Daniels" at 214 810-8612 before they go hard and foreclose on my property. I called the number back from my work line and the call was answered with Hello no greeting with a company name. I work for an attorney so I pretended to be looking for a client and that this was his place of employment. He asked repeatedly who I was and who I was looking for. I then asked the name of the company I have reached and he would not tell me. He ended the call with Ma'am do not wait my time like this and hung up. My mortgage is current and up to date and I have confirmed that this call did not come from my mortgage company. This is a scam.
This guys name is Angel Claudio and he poses as a Dallas Police Dept. Narcotics officer. He somehow got records of people that used to buy pain killers online and calls them. He sounds very convincing but trust me, it is a scam! He tries to get you to go to Downtown Dallas to meet him, probably to mug you, and that's as far as I let it go before I called his bluff. COMPLETE AND TOTAL SCAM, DO NOT FALL FOR IT!

This guys really had me scared, and I’m married to a lawyer, I know better. But he knew information clearly he bought from someone. He had me convinced I was going to jail unless I paid them 4,000 dollars. He used tricks saying my phone is being monitored and federal agents were on their way. But I finally wised up and called the DEA to confirm and wouldn’t you know they said it’s a scam. Don’t be fooled.
