They just called, asked for my complete name and when I said this was me, they remained quiet.
Shows up as Independence Blue Cross however this is someone getting personal info and doing God knows what with it. Voip lines can easily show false identifier and this is one example. Unfortunately a friend answered and gave info about my elderly and disabled Mother and now I am very worried..they said they would call back but of course never did..they got all the info they wanted.
