Possible scam. Call appears as coming from PECO, but that is a PUC business, and they would, at least, leave a message, if it were legit.
“Potential Spam”. Caller with thick foreign accent claimed to be with PECO (local electric company) offering $30 mo. off my bill. I asked to get the offer in writing, he said they don’t do that. Told him that it was not how PECO normally responds to such requests, and that he was a fraud. He hung up.
Called asking for my deceased sister. Had an address we lived at years ago. My number has belonged to me for over a decade, it's a cell, not a landline, and it never belonged to my suster. These people are googling addresses and finding linked numbers from a decade ago to try and scame me saying they are from PECO when they clearly aren't.

Asked for person who owned the PECO account. If you called my number (which is not the number on PECO account) you should know who you are calling and have the correct info. Just another scammer call.
