Got a call from 215-356-6416 about sending a packet about moving. Not moving

RCVD a call from a female caller with an attitude. I answered with the co greeting on the first ring and she's saying "hello" with an attitude AS IF I took too long to answer the phone, then going on about some dam move. WHAT MOVE?! I hung up!
