Insurance Quotes mumbled the girl for the third time. Please teach USA phone callers how to speak English, speak slowly, enunciate and Let the person know on the other end of the cell phone - who you are. These are supposed to be common manners. Until people learn how to speak English in the USA, I will hang up on them. Or Scream into the phone. Robocall do not pick up. Slam the phone down on their ears!!!!!!
