text message with a image showing winnings from an online gambling service and then a message under sayin; "Hello beautiful wyd tonight? Look what lady luck give me" I blocked the number because I knew it was spam but not sure if to report it as spam or fraudulent.

Called me at 1221 on 2018-11-27. Was no answer initially....as I went to hang up, a guy comes on line and says "Hello Brook". I said who? He says "Brook Huen (spelling?)" I said I do not know a Brook. He says nothing for about 5 seconds so I hung up.

This number have called my home on several occasion and when you say hello you get no one to say (nothing) and they hangup.
