I have received many calls from this number. Most recently said I requested info for pain relief. I have repeatedly requested no calls and they hang up. Last time was health insurance and time before was auto insurance and before that warranty service.

I have been getting calls from this number 4 to 5 times per day and I keep telling them to take me off their list. They just end the call and then start calling again the next day! They are calling my cell number which I had put on the do not call list.

Want to send me pharmaceutical products based on a document I filled out. I never filled out a document. When ask for company name and location they disconnected.
