Pre recorded message stating that "your" SSN has been used in a fraudulent manner at the Texas boarder. No name of the victim given. A friend of mine accepted the telephone call and spoke to whom he described as "official sounding" person who attempted to defraud him out of over $1000.00. The person that he reached stated that he was not to speak of this to anyone since this had to do with a drug cartel. The robocall attempted to reach me on 10/ 28/ 2020 multiple times.
