I got the same call, they said they was from PECO, They said I could save 30% on my bill. I told them I am up to date on my bill. and hung up.

Claimed to be PECO calling to save me 30% on my bill because I consistently pay my bill on time. Asked me for my account number at which point I told them they should know that since they know I pay my bill on time. They hung up immediately.

Spam, calling many times per day.

Caller said she was from PECO. I told her I didn’t think so, and I disconnected the call.

I had the same experience. I called PECO, who told me it's one of the "alternate suppliers" (you might have seen their mailings) trying to Phish for you to switch to them. While it is apparently legal for these supplier companies to market for your business, it is obviously dishonest for them to represent themselves as PECO. But they can't switch you over unless you go all the way through the process.

CALLER SAYS THAT IT IS PECO. CALLED 2 TIMES BACK TO BACK. THIS IS A SCAM TO GET YOUR ACCOUNT NUMBER.

Caller ID says PECO, person on phone says you qualifiy for a 30% discount on your bill, gives you a name and extension number then tells you part of your street address and wants you to give him your PECO account number and tells you your last 4 digits. I said if you're PECO don't you already know it? He hung right up. Try to call back, get strange beeping noise. Some kind of scam to get your account number.
