Received a call at the business today from 215-863-9770. Asked for the owner. Sorry he is not in at the time, can I have a name and number. I know he's there put him on the phone. At this point, even if he was, it was not going to happen. Asked again who's calling, Wholesale Supplies. He's not in, How do I get hold of him. Give me your name and number and I will give it to him. How about you just giving me a better number where I can reach him. I said Thank you that is not going to happen and hung up. No business in Phila area with that name, but found the number here. I have work to do. On all the Do Not Call lists I can find and these people still call. This number is now blocked. Hope who ever is calling from this number checks this site from time to time.

This number calls, never leaves a message. No message, no call back. Call was not that important unless you are doing something you should not be doing. After reading obviously a SCAM!

I got a call on the office line asking to speak to my boss and knew both his first and last name. I told him I was very sorry but the boss wasnt in and its standard protocol not to give out his cellphone but I would be glad to have my boss call him. Then the phone got disconnected. Suspicious, I called it back and it was the same guy and seemed rushed. He said he was calling from an excavation company in Lancaster and needed to talk to the boss about a job. I googled the number to get the business name but then found these web results. :-( Its sad that people have to be like this and waste the time of good hard working honest people.

Many calls from 215-863-9770, comes up as from Philadelphia. I finally answered and told the man to not call this number again. He knew my last name only and sounded foreign. Very annoying that these types of phone calls keep happening. I don't feel like spending money on a blocking device, but maybe will need to.

This number just called me and asked for the business owner, which we do have a business. I said your speaking to her, which is correct. And he hung up. He said his name is Carl Ruger. Very poor English and sounded like a hick.

Got a call from this number from a guy that wanted to sell me a tool set, Telling me that he’s getting back to me about the prior disconnected phone call (which never happened) didn’t know anything about what the guy was talking about but he knew my name business and phone number. Went back-and-forth back-and-forth not getting anywhere for about 20 minutes til he laughed and hung up. Real cool guy

Yea, block that number. Got random call from excited seeming guy asking questions... I answered none but repetitively asked who HE was, until he hung up. Definitely not legit on anything

We received a missed call from this number 215-863-9770 on April 4, 2018. Caller ID showed Philadelphia. I returned the call-a man answered with a 'Hello', I said, 'Hello, I am returning the call' and immediately he changed his voice sounding like a foreigner and as he talked his speech became garbled. After asking how I am he began saying about something medical and then about having had popcorn and sandwiches. I hung up after he asked ' Friend, so what are you doing right now'. I recommend- Do Not Answer this call and report suspicious activity to local Police.

Answered the phone only to find no one on the other end...a typical computerized call, so I called to see who called and why and he was a wise guy jerk, when I complained about getting the first call with no one on the other end...all he kept saying was... "Oh my God!", "oh my God!" till I hung up on him.....03/22/2018
