They continue to call multiple times daily - daytime and night - never leave a message.
This is a legitimate message containing a code to check out library books using a cell phone number to verify identity instead of a person needing to have an actual physical library card for their local library. I believe if people are getting such codes but haven't requested the code that whomever did request the code simply put in the phone number incorrectly.

Unsolicited texts from this number stated I had a verification code from my local County Library in Arizona. Judging that the previous comment on this number stated the same thing, but from a different state, it must be a scam.
