“This is a documented attempt to reach you regarding a matter in our office we are in the process of pursuing this matter governed within the laws in your state please call 404-382-6759 to speak with one of our claim specialist please note that this is a very time sensitive matter and your cooperation is required your complaint number is…” - I have 7 of these voice messages from what isn't one of those robotic sounding ladies, but is the same exact recording of the same lady each time, no change in her inflection or tone whatsoever, so I'm pretty sure it is a scam. Haven't called the number she referred to, and also there is no claim number at the end as it cuts off, probably part of the scam so you call to find out what's going on. At no point does she identify the company she represents.
