They called a couple of times; left no or incoherent voice mail messages. I have no idea what this is about.
IRS? I owe nothing, so it's a scam -- besides, the IRS notifies you in writing, not via a phone call that they are filing a lawsuit against you.

I have received calls from this number. They leave VMs which I just delete
