Yes, at 9:48am 2/5/21. Noisy background (call center). Caller Id said "Maxine Owens". She identified herself as being with Xcel energy and wanted to confirm my street address. She tried to tell me that with Xcel closing their coal plants, they wanted to replace my meter with a cheaper meter. I told her that Xcel would send a letter for this type of work and would never use a call center.
Yes. Caller ID said Owens Maxine. Sounded like some noise in the background, no one said anything and then the phone dropped.
