Caller asked for physician assigned to number called by first name. When it was explained the physician was unavailable and details regarding caller's name, purpose, etc. were requested, they became rude, abusive and hostile.
My husband answered the phone. They hung up when I didn't get to the phone fast enough. It was a number not in service when I tried to return the call.
