The person who called claimed to be from VISA and gave me phone number 800-347-7088 as his number. Caller ID showed Unknown Caller from Breckinridge, MN. I advised my number is in the Do Not Call List and asked that he remove my number. His response was that he will never remove my number and then he hung up on me.
