Called our office to speak with boss by first name...I first said he wasn't in, I ask if I could help him, he said he would try again later, I then told him, the owner passed away, HE THEN CALLED ME A LAIR AND SLAMMED PHONE DOWN.......gerrrr Don't call me a lair!!!!
Human voice called and asked for Boss by his much hated and never used first name. Probably salesman. Block number.
