Some scammer trying to threaten/harass you by saying they are a debt collection agency. They use your publicly available information like name and address and try to collect more personal information like date of birth and ssn under the pretense of authentication. Be cautious while dealing with these scammers.
Received this robocall despite being on the Do Not Call registry. I ignored the call due to not recognizing the number, at which point they left a literal 1-second-long message in which they didn’t say anything and just hung up after a single second of the voicemail beginning to record.
