I received a call stating that there was a law suit filled in my name, So I set my number to private and called them back.. refused to give company name unless I gave them my name.. It’s sad that people are still trying to scare people, Please don’t fall for this.. A huge scam.. Sarasota Florida

This is a scam. Do not give them any info.
Missed original call. Called back, hung up. Guy called me back saying I have a failure to appear associated with debt.
Tried to tell me that they were going to send the Sheriff to my house to pick me up for a debt that isn't mine
Tried to say I owed a past debt threatened to repo cars not associated with a debt. I get fraudulent claims..
