Are you getting two or three calls every hour and a half or so in the morning and a couple around dinner time for the last week or so. Looking that number up, all the sites like this one reported it as a scam Robo call.

My caller ID reported "Unassigned" for this number. What sounded like a recorded voice left a message on our answering machine, which said the Social Security Administration has suspended my Social Security number (it did not specify whose number in our family was in question). It instructed me to call them back at the same number with the last four digits of my Social Security number. I was threatened with arrest if I did not comply.
