It's a telemarketing call. Supposedly from DirectTV. I Am on the Do Not Call list and I have contacted DirectTV multiple times to be removed from any and all marketing. This may be a fraudulent call, but I my dealings with DirectTV have been pretty crappy, so I wouldn't be surprised if they are still calling regardless of the Do Not Call list.
