Darn - which is the better scam, the scam caller or that stupid booster.?
Scam pure and simple. Saying their records show I'm over 65 and due for a booster and to stay on the line for an agent. I just got my last dose in October and I am no where NEAR 65. Just trying to take advantage of seniors.
I got the same message, but my voice mail picked it up. The fact that they wanted SS number makes it sound fraudulent. I wouldn't give out SS number and date of birth to any unsolicited caller. Whether not it was day of final judgement. Even if the caller ID appears okay, it's not hard to spoof a caller ID. Furthermore, you don't need anyone to make a COVID-19 vaccine or booster appointment for you. You can call or walk into CVS and make an appointment. Or into Costco, right away in my case, without an appointment. Costco wanted my vaccination card.
It is a robo call reminding people to get their booster shots. not a scam
Calls several times a day and leaves message to call back as I am eligible to receive booster shot.
Harassing calls several times a day. There were 7 phone calls from the same number previously. The last one, a female person leave a message about calling them back about COVID. I did. The person said "she wanted to confirm my vaccine appointment" and she ask for complete name, date of birth, SS number and cell number to confirm the MDVax appointment vaccination campaign... I response her please wait for me and hold you tie don't go no where.....I will give to you everything you asking for, but the day of the Final Judgement...and please don't call me back.
