Received a call today from an older woman named "Rosemary Smith" who claimed to be a realtor. I only picked up the phone because I know someone by that name! She told me a neighbor sold their house recently and was I interested in selling. I asked her who sold their house and she said, "Brad & Melissa". I asked for the address and she hung up. I know not the purpose of this type of call.
answered, no person on other end, called back *Google voice number", and no answer
Thus woman claimed to be from ReMax stating they had just sold a house on my street. There’s only 10 houses in our ‘neighborhood’; one for sale, (but not sold yet). She asked if we were interested in selling. When I responded we were not interested, she hung up. I’m assuming a scam….sure not way too drum up business!
Female on the line. Realtor so she claimed. When I said i was had a friend who was an agent also she hung up. Rude, and who knows she may have been able to collaborate on the sale. Awful salesmanship and lame agent in my opinion.
Real estate agent questioning property I don't even own (belongs to a former family member). Just hung up when I said it wasn't me.

I got the same call from a Rosemary from Remaxx. She said they just sold a house on my street and named my street. Wanted to know if I was selling my house in the next 1 to 5 years. She knew my first name and my street. This is a big concern.
