This is a legitimate fax call. "HOV Services" has been outsourced by the VA to handle their incoming faxes. When you fax documents to VA this number will call back. You need to be by the fax machine and accept the call. Then it will print the fax confirmation report with the date and time your fax was received by the VA.
Rang once, then hung up. Repeated six minutes later, then five. CID states ‘HOV Servives’. Blocked.
Has called at least 10 times or more I finally had to block it still is calling but it only rings once now and shows blocked but not sure how long I can listen to it ringing. It just says HOV SERVICES.i DID ANSWER ONCE AND ALL I GOT WAS A STRANGE SOUND NO ONE ANSWERED
Called multiple times a few minutes apart. Have no idea who "HOV Services" is.
