I was called on November 8th with the same message about legal action being taken against my SS#. I was called in Utah
Just got a call from this number and received an incomplete message about legal procedures if I didn't call the number.
I am in OK and received a robocall with female voice on my cell phone saying my SS # is being for criminal activity and revert to the phone # 248-988-3589 before legal action is taken.

When I asked the gentlemen why he needed my last name, he said it was because he wanted to have sex with my sister and hung up!
This is the message I receive today: “Did the days so when you get this message kindly revert as soon as possible on our number that is 248-988-3589 I repeat 248-988-3589 before we begin with the legal proceedings thank you and have a nice day…”
I received a voice message on my cell phone from phone number 248 988 3589. Message said my S.S. number has been compromised and to call them back. I feel sorry for anyone who falls for this scam. Wish we can do something to stop these horrible people from trying to scan us decent people !!!
Wow the scammers are in full force today. I received 3 calls while at work. All voice messages said the same thing. Call this number or they will take legal action. They are nothing but parasites.

I received this same message today, June 9, 2021. It was a recorded woman's voice saying legal action would be taken if not attended to. The call came from Birmingham, Alabama, and I do not live in that state.
