This is a T-Mobile number. Instead of a 800 number calling, they use a local area code number from wherever you live to notify you that your bill is now past due. It is a automated service not a real person calling. You can use the automated service to pay your bill or set up a payment arrangement so your service does not get disconnected. This number will call twice daily for 2 weeks prior to disconnecting service. They are giving you plenty of chances to pay your bill or at minimum set up a payment arrangement. The payment arrangement is a free service, if done through the automated system and allows you to split the bill into 2 separate payments. The first payment is usually set for 3 days after the arrangement is made and the second payment 2 weeks later. It saves you from having to pay for a disconnect and reconnect fee in addition to having to fork out the entire bill to reconnect service. If you are able to set up a payment arrangement after service has been disconnected to reinstate service, you will still have the disconnect and reconnect fees. So just set up the payment arrangement BEFORE you loose service!!! You will beat yourself down for not taking 1 minute to do so and keep from loosing your hard earned money to fees!!!
When I answered, it said my phone number had been successfully added! I tried to call back to see what I had been added to, but the call won't go thru.
