This number has been calling me at least once a week for the last 3+ years. I blocked the number but it still goes right to voice mail without ringing the phone.
Number calls several times a month for the 3 or 4 months. I have blocked the number but somehow it still gets through and goes immediately to voice mail. Often nothing is said on the message, or it is like it is the very end of a message with only a couple of words.
