Robo call!!! I don't answer!!! Blocked!!!!!

This is the 5th call I have received in the last 2 weeks with same message - the warranty has expired on my car and I can extend if I act now. The calls are coming from different area codes and numbers. I have blocked the number each time but then a call comes in from a new number. Please can't you take more specific action with these calls? And the biggest thing is - I no longer own the vehicle they are calling about!
