I answer saying, "You have reached 253-xxx-xxxx. Leave a". The caller disconnects the call after 'Leave a'. I texted them from the number they keep dialing saying, "DO NOT call this number again. REMOVE this number from your database". Yet I continue receiving calls.
This ph # doesn't even make sense to me. I have no interest in ANY international calls!
