Called our office. Asked to speak with owner or controller. Told him I was the Office Manager and he said he'd call back and hung up. These have got to be scammers or fraudulent bill collectors who do NOT obey the Credit Laws of the USA. Don't take their calls or if they threaten anyone- report them to the FTC and your own State Attorney General's Office of Consumer Protection. They will guide you.

asked to speak to the owner or controller. he said it was about a 3rd party investigation. when i asked him questions-he hung up.

The "investigation" is actually trying to get you to use them for collection of your bad debt.
