Account management group, called about a name I haven't used in over 7 years, about a debt with a bank I haven't had for almost 10 years, saying it was on my credit and now they're taking me to court. Had my new address and last 4 of my social, I did not give any information. I called back 3 times because they kept hanging up on me for asking questions. Funny I never got any paperwork stating I owed anything, and I check all 3 credit reports weekly and this has never showed up........ try again losers.
Person says that I have a civil suit against me by a bank I've never used. Say I will receive a letter in the mail. When I ask questions, they just say good luck! Noticed that same or different number with the same area code from different city each time they call. Usually the city is within close proximitey of where I live.
They claim Newport News is filing an injunction against me for an account I never had. As soon as I said that, "Tommy" said "great they are moving forward" and hung up. I'll be waiting for them.
Account Management Group and Associates, called, asked to repeat name, hung up on me, called them back, and asked again, was very rude, hung up on me, then I called back, asked for a supervisor, and told ME I was harassing them and he would report me...Ha ha... Must not be that important
They just called saying they received something under my name....which was a name that hasn't been my name in 15 years... confused?!?!
Scam. I have this same group of people listed from over 30 phone numbers now. They appear to be providing false information for caller ID.
