I, also, received a call from 256-666-7573, said hello a few times, and then, they hung up. I called them back and an answering machine answered saying, "Thank you for call Franklin Collection Agency". If it is legit, why do they hang up instead of stating the reason for their call?

They called and dead air. Hung up on them.
Received call from 256.666.7573 on cell phone. As soon as I said hello several times, you could tell that there was still a connection. I immediately hung up. Checking our phone log through Verizon they have the call listed as 8:44. How could that be, unless they somehow could keep the line open and Illegally eavesdropped on my family.
