ROBOCALLER- DEAD COMMUNICATION CALLS YOU BUT WHEN U ANSWER NO ONE THERE LINE STAYS ACTIVE 20-45 SECS. THEN HANGS-UP.
There is no one on the other end of the line, there is a tone, and then a hangup.
When I answer the phone, there's a siren-like sound in the background ~ for about 3 seconds ~ then they hang up. We get anywhere between 3 - 20 calls like this per day ( Not everyday, but often. Really frustrating for me as a Dispatcher, because it's a business line!
