Robocall claims to be from "county Jail" and asks you to fund an inmate's phone call over the phone, or to log into Securustech.net.
This fool called my house at 2am my time and woke my sick baby girl. I am on do not call list and will be filing complaint with FCC.

It's actually Racine County Jail. It's the number inmates have access to. If you listen to the full call after it tells you about the funding and securus, it tells you to press 1 to accept the call. I get this number from my brother, it isn't a robo call.
