Manchester, NH, 11:59 am, February 9, 2021, called my landline. Did not answer but called back from another secured line and got the following: "Hi, this is [female voice] on a recorded line. How are you today? Hello?
They call up and only ask for a first name. Then when you say I am sorry there is no one with that name here they say they will call back at another time and then hang up on you.
I get calls from this person, Ken, 2 to 3 times a week. He is asking for donations for a Police / fireman fund. He will not take NO for an answer and often calls again the same day. It is simply harassment. Call blocking has little impact since he is rotating through many different phone numbers to avoid the blocking. It is interesting that if you try to return the call, it is reported that the number is not a valid phone number. It certainly appears to be a determined fraud attempt.
I heard a man's voice and a woman's voice talking over each other, then it hung up.
