Indian accent, credit card lower rate scam, then tried guessing my age and saying he loved me and why would I say they are scamming?!! Said it was from his phone, yet I bet a million his last name was not Tillman......SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!! With all the technology today there should be a way to nail these bastards that interrupt our day and business!
