IDS is a consulting firm that promises to come in and increase your sales and profits. They are all pomp and ceremony, suits and ties, very professional... acting like they are somebody... they take your money, keep taking your money and encourage you to fire all employees that suspect their motives, oust any family members you have working at your company and basically take over until they are paid all their outrageous fees... they showed us a few things that worked, most of it was BS. They are a legit company and if you call their references they will usually be honest with you, but notice they are not really sold on them either. BEWARE... these people are BAD BAD news... experience speaking here!!!!

Guys a complete dick

Number showed up as IDS. The caller asked for the owner by first name. When I told her that he wasn't available, she said that she would call back.

Same here as other comments on here. They would not leave a message. Wanted to know about the owner. I said no I am not answering that. They are being blocked. We are too busy for these scams.

Guy called and asked for the owner. Was very rude and told me I had an attitude when he was the one who had attitude

Caller ID shows IDS. When I answered the caller said this is Amy and asked for our owner by name. I asked what this was regarding, she said she was calling from Ron Engee's office. I asked what Ron did. She said he was her boss's boss. I asked what her boss did. She said she would find out and call me back. #headslap! At least she was pleasant. Most aren't.

Some kind of scam. Asked for an a deceased owner by name, when told that his children didn't work for the company and we're governed by a board (true) he was disparaging. Would not tell us what he was trying to sell.

A lady name Martha called under caller ID IDS ,she asked for my boss when i asked her what company she was calling from she said GPS. I didn't even bother my boss I put her on hold after i google her number , she just hang up .

Called under Caller ID IDS asked for the owner I told him that he wasn't in today. He asked for his cell phone I told him he doesn't have one. He then went off and said that a cell phone is a standard piece of equipment. How can you run a business without one? then said have a nice day.

The guy that called was a complete jerk, asked for someone that doesn't even work for our company and then starts to pry about the owner. I'm not giving out our info to a complete stranger.
